After a short ride around Llyn Blaenmelindwr with Morgan and a picnic on the banks of Llyn Pendam with Anna and Morgan I headed off fir a ride whilst Anna and Morgan picked Bluberries and headed home.

From Pendam I headed around the Pendam Trail to the visitor centre and then down the Italian Job, up over the moorland and down the Mark of Zoro and then up the leg burner.

I then headed out on the Syfydrrin Trail to Nant y Moch, down the Bont Goch Descent and back up the Bont Goch climb to Hippity Hops and back to Pendam.

From there it was downhill into Penrhyncoch, through Bow Street and Llandre and into Dolybont then along the banks of the Leri and home.

Quite a long ride but nice. Very few people out and about as well.
